It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Forsythe Jr. (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on February 19, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Forsythe, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Forsythe (Elliott); and his brothers, Thomas and Ken Forsythe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
