He is survived by: his wife Julia L. (Caddy); his daughters, Linda Sladki and Tina Panick (Steve); his grandchildren, Brian, Brad, Steven, Tanner, Zachary and Jade; his great grandchild Kadence; his siblings, Richard, Paulette, Lynn and Gary; and his close friend Bill Sladki. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
