She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Shaffer and George Shaffer; her son Felix Pileski Jr.; her niece Lisa Hudack; and her brother-in-law James Hawkins.
She is survived by: her husband Felix Pileski; her daughters, Lindsay Malkin and Melissa Hootman (Michael); her grandchildren, Dylan Pileski (Hannah), Kyle Wirick and Dustyn Wirick (Pat); her sisters, Rose Hawkins and Karen Ling; her brother-in-law David Pileski (Linda); and her niece Lois McAneny (Joe). She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, family, friends.
In her battle with cancer and many other health issues, her family suggests for those who wish, to make memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
