She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul C. Adams and Olive A. Adams (Alwine); her husband Edward W. Konchan; her son Kim W. Konchan; and her sister Betty Ullrich.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Konchan (Carol), Mark Konchan and Kenneth Konchan (Judy); her grandchildren, Matthew Konchan (Jenny), Rebecca McConnell (Mark), Dani Slaughter (Alvin), Amanda Weller (Gary), Jaclyn Kent (Thomas), Amy Tomlinson and Makenna Konchan; her daughter-in-law Kathy Konchan; and her siblings, Leroy Adams (Rowena), Robert Adams (Judy) and Mary. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
