He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jane Oliver and Roosevelt Hawkins. He is survived by: his parents, Duane Hawkins (Frank Oliver) of York, PA and Dottie L. Davis; his grandmother Anna Gordon; his children, Shane Eppley of Johnstown and Bryson Oliver of Johnstown; and his siblings, Maurice Gordon of Deltona, FL and Manaya Oliver (Walter Dorsey). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
