She is survived by: her husband George; her children, George II, Janet Russell, Richard (Lori Pirtle) and Monica (Donald Micik); her daughter-in-law Debbie Herbert; her grandchildren, George III (Beth), Anna Mentzer (Tyler), Katie Holliday (Zeb), Ali Russell, Garrett Herbert (Bri), Amber Herbert (Nabil), Beau Herbert, Kyle Micik (Abbie), Alyssa Micik and Andrew Herbert II; and her great grandchildren, George IV, Sarina, Aleigha, Ben, Kenna, Cora, Brianna, Peyton, Carson, Jackson and Sawyer. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
