Mary Sysak-Koban Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2020, at the age of 97, Mary Sysak-Koban (Johnstown, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wasilko and Sonya "Sadie" Wasilko; her former husband Anthony F. Sysak; her husband Andrew J. Koban; her sons, James and John; and her siblings, John, Michael Wasilko and Katherine Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Sysak (Carol), Barry Sysak, Lynn Ledford and Terri Sysak (Gary); and her grandchildren, Matthew Christopher Sysak (Kim) and Jessica Stein (Scott). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
