He is survived by: his sons, William E. Simmons, Thomas A. Simmons Johnstown (Nancy) and Edward B. Simmons (Julie); his grandchildren, David A. Moore (Josephine), Anthony J. Simmons (Bonnie), Lauren M. Simmons, Kelly L. Simmons and Nicole L. Simmons; his great grandchildren, Nala Moore, Leo Moore, Sabina Moore and Samuel Simmons; his sister Norine Gegogeine of Tifton, GA; and his sisters-in-law, Vivian Callahan of Milford, MI and Rosann Furry (Jack).
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there will be no services at the present time, but there will be a Mass at a later time.
