He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wingard and Trella Wingard (Lehman); his siblings, Robert "Buzz" Wingard and Hazel Moore; and his grandson Garrett Wingard.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Marie Wingard (Reed); his children, Rev. Linda Goodwin (Mark), Carol "Sis" Wilson (Scott), Marcia "Babe" Allendorfer (Joe) and Jeffrey Wingard (Michele); his grandchildren, Kelli Deater (Kirby), Jodi Billetdeaux (Jon), Amanda Kress (Jeremy) and Matthew Wilson (Alexis); his great grandchildren, Jillian, J. R. Billetdeaux, Kaelyn, Kolton Deater, Malana Kress, Taylor Brendlinger, Aleah Steele and Carson Madison; and his brother Edwin Wingard.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Richland Fire Dept., East Hills Ambulance, or Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship.
