He was predeceased by: his parents, Venile Green and Luella Elizabeth Green (Barrone); his former wife Dorothy Menoher; his wife Violet Setinsek Green; his son William Menoher Green; his siblings, Edgar, Kenneth, Francis, Doris Jones and LaRue Murphy; and his stepson Dennis Setinsek.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Frank Setinsek, Martin Setinsek (Lana), Daniel Setinsek and Peggy Setinsek (Greg). He is also survived by three step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
