He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Robbins Brennan (Wissinger) and Hugh Robbins; his wife Doris Robbins (Plummer); his brother Ronald Robbins; and his stepfather Robert Brennan.
He is survived by: his children, J. Scott (Xuan) of San Diego, CA, Richard (Eleanor), Kimberly (John) and Mark Robbins (Sandra) of Pembroke Pines, FL; his grandchildren, Linhda Reis (Mark), Robin Street (Marie), Jennifer Robbins (Seth Volle), Lisa Norwood (Luke), Christopher Robbins (Andrea), Lee Robbins (Marcus Roberson), David Dolan (Tara), Robert Dolan (Nicole), Elizabeth D'Imperio (Joseph), Zachary Robbins (Kelsey Heil) and Matthew Robbins; and his friend Barbara Nero. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
