He is survived by: his parents, Paul Nicholson and Karen Nicholson (Myers); his children, Hannah and Jeffrey Nicholson; and his siblings, Misty Plunkard, Anita Reed (Matthew) and Matthew Nicholson (Jennifer). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
