We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2021, at the age of 90, Owen F. Hoffman (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), born in South Fork, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Owen F. Hoffman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoffman and Minnie Hoffman (Wirick). He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hoffman; and his children, Jeffrey Hoffman (Gerry) of Johnstown, Richard Hoffman (Roxanne) of Johnstown, David Hoffman (Michelle) of Johnstown, Karen Conway (Lawrence) of Latrobe and Krystal Hoffman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Franklin Fire Co. EMT's for their caring service to Owen and family.
