She was predeceased by: her father Edward Kush; her father-in-law James Crocco; her stepfather Howard Adams; and her brothers-in-law, Shawn Rager and William Plunkard.
She is survived by: her mother Carol Adams (Russell); her sons, James Ardary (Miranda) of Johnstown and Justin Ardary; her grandchildren, Andrea, Jacob, Aiken and Jayvin Ardary; her husband James J. Ardary; and her siblings, Becky (Richard Berkey) of Johnstown, Connie (David Cross) of Windber, Lisa Rager of Johnstown, Patrick Safko of Oklahoma and Denise Adams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
