He is survived by: his sons, William, Charles (Michelle), Edward and Thomas Kuruzovich; his grandchildren, Brandon, Adam, Wesley and Kaitlyn; his great grandchildren, Elliott and Jaxson; his sister Miriam K. Smith (Jeffrey); and his former wife Rosemarie "Dolly" Kuruzovich.
