He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sirko and Anna Sirko (Becquet); his son Scott; and his brother Ricky Allen. He is survived by: his son Sam of Johnstown; his girlfriend Bonnie Dowdell of Johnstown; and his siblings, Danny (Michelle), Diane (Chuck Bartlett), Charles (Cindy) and Debbie (Brian Larrimer).
