He is survived by: his parents, Raymond and Jeanne Toth Sr. (Holtz); his wife Patricia "Patti" Toth (Saintz); his sister Michelle Maggs (John); his niece Sara Maggs; his mother-in-law Roberta Walls (Rodger); and his brothers-in-law, Matthew Saintz (Bonnie) and Andrew Saintz (Betzaida "Lisy" Plaza). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
