He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Torok and Mary Torok (Bizjak). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Torok (Costlow); his daughter Catherine Torok; his close friends, Kevin Hardy, Richard Torok Jr. (Renee), Michael Torok (Whitney) and Lisa Wagerer; his grandchildren, Jeremy Petrick (Kierstian), Allison Petrick Way (Joshua), Brewer and Brooks Torok; his great grandchild Jamison Petrick; his sister Donna Naugle; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Costlow (Deborah) and Martha Costlow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
