It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Hilbert Hiner of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hiner and Arvilla "Kinsey" Hiner; his wife Barbara; and his siblings, William Hiner and Linda Fox.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Hiner Jr., Randy Hiner (Yvonne), Robert Hiner and Rodney Hiner Johnstown (Erin); his grandchildren, Kayla, Keauna, Rebecca, Robert, Kelsi and Austin; and his siblings-in-law, Leroy Fisher, Bill Fox and Gail Hiner. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
