He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Holtzman and Verna Holtzman (Schrader). He is survived by: his wife Wanda (Pinkas); his children, David Holtzman (Rita) and Pam Holtzman; and his stepson Dennis Mullen Jr. (Heather). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
