He was predeceased by: his father Victor Bizjak. He is survived by: his mother Mary Bizjak; his wife Kimberly (Hunt); his son Hunter W. Bizjak; his siblings, Vic Bizjak, Roxann Lecky of Johnstown, Jon Bizjak, Don Bizjak and Frank Bizjak; and his friends, Pat Gillen, Mike and Christine Galasso. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
