He was predeceased by: his parents, William K. Rigby and Elsie Rigby (Custer); his former wife Marion Jean Rigby (Kennedy); his son Richard W. Rigby (Rick); and his brother Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Rigby (Robson); his children, Kathy (Scott Bender) of Rockwood, Tim (Holly) of Johnstown, Jim (Kathleen) of Johnstown, Tammy Brady (Brian) of Vienna, WV, Peggy Farrar (Fitcher Wilkins) of Chester, VA and Marcy Sivitz (Adam); his stepsons, David Peoples (Roxana) of Niceville, FL and Jamie Robson (Brooke) of Satsuma, AL; and his daughter-in-law Carol Rigby (Slanac) of Johnstown. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
