She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel N. Webb and Rosella Webb (Gollar); her husband Charles; and her brothers, Robert, James, William and Bebe.
She is survived by: Thomas Hart (Joann). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be scheduled at a later date due to current Covid-19 restrictions.
