He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Parks and Regina Parks (McConnell); and his brother Edward Parks. He is survived by: his wife Darla Parks (Flick); his son Robert Joseph Parks; his brother Daniel Parks; and also Janet. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
