He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. and Frances D. Baker Sr. (Paruch); his father-in-law Daniel Cornman; and his brother-in-law Ron Hummel. He is survived by: his wife Toni K. (Cornman); his children, Nicole Stark (Rob), Amanda Johnson (Bill), Aaron Rhoads and Zachary Cornman (Carlie); his grandchildren, Cali, Maddie, Wesley, Wade, Declan and Daniel; his siblings, Rose Hummel, Jake Waligora, James Baker (Dena), Gary Baker (Chic) and Jeannie Heltzel (Roger); his mother-in-law Kathryn Cornman; his brother-in-law Daniel Cornman; his nephew Chris Smrzlich; and his goddaughter Samantha Baker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expense.
