He was predeceased by: his parents, Chrisp Perry and Annie Mae Perry (Hodge). He is survived by: his siblings, Eloise Perry, Donna L Thomas, Chrisp Perry III, Althea V Jeffers, Dennis W Perry, Cecelia E Odum and Fort of Washington; and his friend Lexie. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
