He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Anita Smith Sr. (Boothby); and his sister Barbra "Bubba" Smith. He is survived by: his wife Vicki (Trentini); his sons, Robert (Kerri Motchenbaugh), Richard (Samanthe), Vincent (Michelle Davis) and William; and his grandchildren, Nate, Makayla, Fallon, Gabby, Dominick Haman and Haillee. He is also survived by dogs, siblings, nieces, nephews, and uncle.
