We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Ronald Chuklochak (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), born in Beaverdale, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Chuklochak and Margaret Chuklochak (Patney); his wife Kathleen (Akers); his children, Michael (Alma), Jeffrey (Danielle), David (Tiffany) and Lisa (Christopher); and his sisters, Wanda Stutzman and Barbara (George Popp). He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; two great grandsons.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Benedict Catholic Church.
