She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastian Bianco and Mary Bianco (Bruno); her husband Gilbert D. Fregly; and her siblings, Millie Rowland, Angie Carnicella, Dominic and Russ Bianco.
She is survived by: her children, Francis Fregly (Nancy) of Fort Pierce, FL, Daniel Fregly (Michele) of Johnstown, Douglas Fregly of Johnstown and Marilyn Lindberg (Stephen) of Johnstown; her grandchildren, David Fregly (Nicole), Matthew Fregly, Amanda Tresnicky (Paul), Jessica Lindberg (Erin Freeman), Kiana Fregly, Lauren Fregly and Dani Fregly; and her great grandchildren, Adelyn, Theodore Fregly, Solomon and Evangeline Tresnicky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
