He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell A. Keen and Alice Keen (Reynolds); his daughter Janice Keen-Livingston; and his sister Joyce Keen. He is survived by: his wife Debra L. Keen (Devine); his children, Stephanie Keen, Kenneth Keen (Arlene Gelet), Jonathan Keen (James Bologna) and Bradley Keen (Jason Majeski); his grandchildren, Aidan, Tyler, Miley, Gabriella and June; his sister Karen Baldauf (Charles); and his pets, Tatum and Zoey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to, Janice Keen Livingston Memorial Park Fund, Care of Community Foundation for The Alleghenies, or the Lower Yoder Volunteer Fire Company.
