She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Llewellyn and Edith Llewellyn (Custer); and her husband Jack Hess. She is survived by: her children, Jane Meade (Robert) and John Hess (Donna). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
