Shelby was predeceased by: parents, Allen Shoup and Betty Mae Shoup (Taylor). Shelby is survived by: husband James; daughter Shanna Brown (Eric); grandchildren, Patrick and Alivia; sisters, Debbie Summerville (Crist) of Knox and Shirley Miller of New Bethlehem; nephews, Cody, Cristian and Corbin Summerville; and close friend Debbie Richards.
