She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wagner and Elsie Wagner (Pudliner); her brother Robert Wagner; and her great grandchild Logan Francis Teplitza. She is survived by: her husband Donald Hoffman; her grandchildren, Jeremy Teplitza (Danielle), Brandi Teplitza, Brandon Hoffman, Shane Hoffman, Grace Edsall, Hope Edsall and Christopher "CJ" Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Nathan and Damien Teplitza; and her sister-in-law Ruth Wagner.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to SPCA or local Humane Society in memory of Shirley Mae Hoffman.
