She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha C. Bingaman and Charles Hendrickson; her husbands, Anthony "Tony" Palm, Peter Babich and Donald H. Welsh; and her brother Royce Hendrickson.
She is survived by: her family Palm; her children, Deborah Bauman (Rodney) of Galveston, TX and Michael D. Welsh (Christine Matolyak) of McMurray, PA.; her siblings, Sylvia Haislet of Smithsburg, MD and Gary Hendrickson of Texarkana, TX.; her grandchildren, Lori Farkas, Michael J. Welsh, Heather Welsh, Allison Welsh and Jonathan Welsh; and her great great grandchildren, Michael V. Welsh and Lucas Welsh. She is also survived by her family and friends.
