He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Miller and Ethel Miller; and his brother Rodney Miller. He is survived by: his wife Joy Kelly; his daughters, Kellie Kemp and Erin (Tim Sherwood); his grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary Hall, Mackenzie Kemp of North Huntingdon, Jack, Alec, Nathan, Drew Sherwood and Spotsylvania; and his sisters, Rhea Mozi and Heidi Miller of Johnstown.
