She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Eugene and Paula Scala (Griffith). She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Tuinstra and Roxanne Tuinstra; her pet Snickers; her siblings, Patrick and Elena; her uncle Greg Reichard; her aunt Mary Reichard (Tuinstra); her cousins, Greg, Mary Anna, Trey and Addie Reichard; her uncle Peter Tuinstra of Bangkok; her grandparents, Timothy and Mary Tuinstra of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania.; her uncles, Travis Scala of Dallas and Kenny Holloway; her aunt Rosalind Holloway (Scala); her cousins, Jake and Teddy Holloway of Nashville; and her uncle Joseph Scala of New Castle, Pennsylvania..
Her project was to sew, recruit others to sew, and deliver cloth facemasks for immune-compromised children at Children's Hospital, an effort started well before the COVID pandemic.
