She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hejnar and Sophia Hejnar (Trzciak); and her siblings, Laura Hejnar, Frank, Anthony and William Hejnar.
She is survived by: her daughter Patrice Berkey (Steiner); her grandchildren, Erika Miller (Nate) and William Berkey (Danielle); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Caden, Olivia Miller and Cameron Berkey.
