He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold S. Bowser and Virginia Grace Bowser (Burkey); and his brother Harold "Ike" Bowser. He is survived by: his wife Marlene A. Bowser (Gates); his sons, William (Christina) and Daniel; his grandchildren, Madison (Dominick Kidd) of Box Elder, SD, Cameryn Bowser, Jacob, Olivia Bowser and Naples; and his siblings, Timothy J. (Suzanne) and Cindy S. (Raymond Fagan).
