She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Forsythe and Stacy Forsythe; her grandchildren, Madison Caldwell, Tyler Forsythe, Ava Forsythe and Nova Forsythe; and her siblings, Sharon Kowalski, Deborah Louchart, Peggy Byrne, Glenn Blough, Cynthia Wilson and Stephanie Beabes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
