He is survived by: his wife Delores Smith (Kaufman); his sons, Brad Smith (Kathleen) and Bruce Smith (Melanie); his grandchildren, Brad Jr. Smith (Tiffany), Kaitlin Fahy (Michael), Lindsay Reid (Jacob) and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Ledger and Cohen; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Adams, Elaine Tarbay, Carol Ressler of Johnstown and Linda Boring of Muncie, Indiana..
