She was predeceased by: her sister Terry Lee; the father of her children Joseph Carthew; and her uncles, Richard and Jay Belz. She is survived by: her mother Mary Linda Billetdeaux (Belz); her children, Joseph M. and Cassidy R. Carthew; and her sister Tammy Lynn Billetdeaux. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
