She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Vrtis and Judith Vrtis (Cupek); her husband Dr. Michael Sewak; her son David D. Sewak; and her brother James M. Vrtis (Jackie).
She is survived by: her children, Michael M. (Robin), Denise D. (Jeff Ginsburg), Kathy K. (Jody Venn) of Newberry, FL and Karen K. (Greg Hutchens); her grandchildren, Michael R. Sewak, Olivia M. (Scott Olsen), Nicholas Sewak, Jason Ginsburg (Emily), Courtney N. Ginsburg, Kyle M. Ginsburg, Zachary I. Ginsburg (Beth), Hasha R. Venn, Martin T. Hutchens (Haley), Victoria A. Hutchens, Adrienne Hutchens, Aedan W. Sewak, Cassidy L. Sewak and Sage Sewak; and her great grandchildren, Cora and Thea Ginsburg.
