He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip McKinney and Arvilla McKinney (Schmere); his wife Carol (Bagley); and his siblings, Donald "DJ", Tom and Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Dick (Russell), Diana Rummell (Stephen Snyder) and Michael McKinney (Tammy); his siblings, William McKinney (Theresa) and Phyllis Schlosser (David); and his grandchildren, Dustin Rummell (Christine), Melinda Hamby (Jay), Donald James Rummell, Ryan McKinney (Ashley), Kara Snyder (Keith Wible), Joshua Dick, Taylor, Loren Snyder and Jonathan Dick.
Donations may be made in Warren's memory to 1st Summit Arena to be used towards the Veteran Museum.
