He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Edgar and Hattie M. Kinzey (Miller); his brothers, Dean, Harold, Jay and Olin Kinzey; and his half-sister Fern Lichvar.

He is survived by: his wife Connie Berkebile; and his son Eric Kinzey of Virginia.
