He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Wingard and Catherine Wingard (Bloom); and his stepgrandson Christopher Scott Newsome. He is survived by: his wife Sara "Sally" (Turner); his son Willard, Jr; his granddaughters, Catherine "Katey" and Haley Danielle Wingard; his stepgrandson Paul Bryan Newsome; his siblings, Barbara E. Moyer, Charles R. (Rose Hanna) and Lois A. (David Fuller); and his brothers-in-law, Jack Turner (Diane) and Larry Turner (Patty). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
