He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Black, Leigh Black (Margaret Smith) and Donna Trapp (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Dominique Miller (Marlin); his grandsons, Christopher, Daniel, James Black, Stephen and Patrick Holoviak; his great grandchild John; his nephews, John and Douglas Meara; and his close friends, Bert Lamport of Sunset Beach, NC, Bobbie, Roy VanSteenbergen of Boise, ID, John, Ann Mackay, Cindie and Dave Petersen.
