He was predeceased by: his father William Carnell II; his friend Sam Contakos; and his pet Cuddles. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Carnell (Henry); his children, William J. Carnell and Katelyn E. Hammack (Ty); his granddaughter Abigail of Norfolk, VA; his daughter Rebecca R. Carnell (Phil); his stepdaughter Alana Hinton (Noah); his siblings, Sharan Jasper, Harriet "Emily" Lohr (Doug), Westmont and Patricia "Sissy" (Carnell); his friends, Tim George, John Shander, John Yeager, Ivan, Stefania Valentini, Jen Misero (Walkup), Todd, Sara Burda, Stacy Servaty, Spencer Lawton, Allanda Monnig, JeanMarie Spinale, Donna, Peter Delp of Pitman, Kevin Bailey Sr. and Pastor Ray Streets Jr.; his pets, Holly and Wonky; and also Lisa Machak. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
