He is survived by: his children, Patricia (William Mayak), Jerome, Debra (James Kuckenbrod) and Richard (Brenda); his grandchildren, Curtis Mayak (Adam Mayak), Devin Cobaugh and Lea (Dave Gendelman); and his great grandchild Ethan Gendelman.
