He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Marie (Ragan); and his siblings, John, Ann Homyak, Mary Tavalsky and Helen Lozanoff.
He is survived by: his sons, William, David (Melanie) and Daniel (Cheryl); his granddaughters, Danielle and Tabitha; his sister Margaret Butterfield; and his friend Shirley Ramsdorfer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends and beloved family pet.
