He is survived by : his wife Tammy Haslett (Kawchak); his sons, William Haslett IV and Benjamin Haslett; his parents, William Jr. Haslett and Louise Haslett (Cyburt); his brother Matthew Haslett Chad (Spouse); his uncle Dennis Cyburt; and also Willow.

Donations may be made to the National Wildlife Foundation or the Somerset Humane Society.
